We kindly ask you to carefully review the following terms and conditions, as they establish a binding agreement between you and the Merchant, the owner of the Site. We reserve the full right to refuse service, cancel orders, close accounts, delete or modify Site content, or cancel orders, regardless of whether or not you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The products and services offered are intended for sale to adults who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence, which is 18 years old in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant's Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your place of residence.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all information displayed on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in Canadian currency.
Products offered on our Site, as well as offer dates, prices, availability, features, and technical specifications, are subject to change without notice. A product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may not be deliverable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and any amounts paid will be refunded.
Your sole recourse in the event of a product description discrepancy is to return the product in its original packaging for a refund, subject to the refund provisions detailed below.
Registration and Password
You must complete a registration form to access certain parts and features of the Merchant's Site. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain its accuracy at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and computer access, ensuring that no other person uses them. You are accountable for all transactions carried out in your account using this information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password or any security breaches within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of such situations.
Comments
You may post comments and reviews related to the Site's content. You are fully responsible for the comments you post. We are not responsible for these comments, and you agree to indemnify the Merchant against any damages resulting from them.
It is prohibited to impersonate others, hide your identity, or make illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory comments or remarks that infringe on privacy or intellectual property rights, or constitute chain letters, spam, or bulk mail.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to edit or remove comments without explanation and assume no responsibility for systematic review of published comments.
When you post a comment, you grant the Merchant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use the published name and content, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, distribute, and display it globally and in any format.
We ask that you only post one review per product unless adding new information. You agree to review only products you have personally tried, maintaining a respectful tone. Employees and competitors of distributors and manufacturers are prohibited from posting reviews.
Applicable Laws
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec or the country of Canada, as applicable. Any legal proceedings against the Merchant must be brought in the judicial district where the city of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu is located.
Order Errors
If you believe an error occurred while placing an order, notify us immediately, but no later than 48 hours after discovering the error, by sending a detailed message to info@seimarine.ca.
Shipping and Returns
Unless you select a specific carrier and delivery timeline during the transaction (subject to additional fees), the delivery method and carrier will be determined by the Merchant. Our usual delivery time in your area is:

We commit to delivering your purchases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the availability of carriers, who are solely responsible for delivery.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the item is handed over to the carrier, or after customs clearance for international shipments.
In-store pickup of an online purchase must occur during normal business hours. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you when you take possession of the item at the store.
Policy on Cancellation, Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Cancellations of error-free orders are not permitted.
- Exchanges are not allowed.
Warranty Limitation
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, THE MERCHANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE.
Liability Limitation
THE MERCHANT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF GOODS FROM IT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITIES.
Terms of Sale
- Final Sale on Discounted Items: Items purchased on promotion or discount are final sales. Returns or exchanges are not allowed except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Special Orders: Returns are not accepted for special order items.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers bear all shipping costs for returns unless the Merchant is at fault.
- Proof of Identity Required: A valid ID may be required upon delivery.
- Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for accurate information. Errors leading to delays or issues are their responsibility.
